Vision of the Foundation from the Chairman H. Bennie Blades:
My vision for this foundation is very simple in my eyes. I envision a world filled with children that are free from social pressure from their peers and are emotionally, physically and spiritually ready to cope with life.
By giving the children education and life skill. I feel as though they will be better equipped to deal with whatever comes their way. Education has always been the “key” to our success. Whether it is thru college or as far as a High School Diploma/GED. We must not just teach the book knowledge to our kids…too often these kids have forgotten what it takes to survive in life. Their Life skills have been minimized because of the social pressure of standardized testing.
We must give them a vision to Believe it, Achieve it, Succeed it. |
